Intervals of DU & KB Swing
Warm up 3x until miss on single DU
3 rounds
1st round - figure out the rep count: DU to failure, match with KB Swing - I score 8,15,19
Repeat 2x at 8,15,19
Rest in between = just enough to lower the HR a bit
