Felt great today to go over the intricacies of the Clean and then the Jerk.
The form and unique perspective/tips provided were awesome!
I PR'd both lifts today thanks to Caleb's help:
Squat clean = 115lbs
Jerk = 135lbs
ohhhhhhhhhhh the jokes today were great. good thing i was able to "jerk it" without "cleaning it" :)
