Was really disappointed in this, my arms are still so sore from Tuesday's WOD. I know I can do more.
Max reps @ 75% of 1RM (9 @ #65)
WOD:
For Time
Max situps in 2 mins, stop at 100.
If not to 100, finish balance in burpees.
(45 Situps, 55 Burpees)
