20 Push-ups
40 Burpees
60 Air squats
WARM-UP:
Tabata (8x20sec work/10sec rest).
Alternate between Air squats & Burpees
Then,
2 rounds:
10 Squat into hamstring stretch
10 Kneeling chest stretch
