Off day Workout Workout

3x CFWU
- 10 squats
- 10 pullups
- 10 sit-ups
- 10 supermans
- 10 sec static lunches each leg

** Did push-ups instead of pull-ups on the last two rounds... `cause I'm weak and suck at pull ups.

(and yes I know doing stuff on off days is probably some type of pathology)
