- 50 Clean and Jerk - 135/95# (7)
- 50 Ring Dips (7)
Hands shouldn't leave bar for C&J - I didn't do so well with this part, just wanted to finish the 50
Post WOD:
5 minutes total of a plank hold (from elbows or hands).
