Muscle Lift Lunge Workout

-15 deadlifts (225#/135#)
-30 lunges
Sub for a muscle up was 2 pullups and 2 dips.
Fatty Jenni has made a re-appearance after two weekends of sugar binges (Fun Dip, Crunch Bar, Kit Kat, SweetTarts, Sprees and Skittles in a 3 day period, and that's JUST the candy), so this WOD was not kind to her pudgy little body. I did two rounds in 8:12 w/ 95# deadlift, jumping pull ups and banded ring dips. Finished the last two rounds with just 15 air squats instead of deadlifts, and box dips instead of banded ring dips. I think I finished in 16:32...not quite sure what my time was...oops.
Today starts good eating habits again!
