1a) Back squat 3x3x90%
1b) weighted pull ups 3x5
2a) tempo front squat 3x4x40% (10-3-10)
2b) sled push 3x20m
2c) goblet squat 3x15, choose a weight that you can go unbroken
The aim is to do 2a-2c with no rest between sets, all sets must go unbroken.
