Warm up 2-3 rounds:
5 Lat pull down with 5s hold
5 Face pull with 5s hold
5 Scap push up
1-2 Scin the cat
10 Hollow rock
10 Arch rock
4 x 5 Kip swing
4 x 3 Box transition
4 x 1-2 Hips to rings or bar
4 x 1-3 MU
