Snatch Push Press+ OHS:
- (5+1) x 2 sets @ 70-80% 1RM Snatch
- (3+1) x 3 sets @ 80-90% 1RM Snatch
Rest 1.5-2 minutes between sets

Snatch Hihg Pull + Power Snatch + Squat Snatch
2 sets (2+1+1 reps) @70-75% of 1rm
2 sets (1+1+1 reps) @80-85% of 1rm

Back Squats 5x5 reps
build up to 80-85% of 1rm on last set.
rest 2 min bwn sets.
