Modified Ledesma Workout
AMRAP in 20 minutes of:
5 HSPU
10 Toes through the Rings
15 Wall Ball (#20 ball, 10' target)
Was planning on doing the traditional Ledesma and got about 2 rounds into the WOD when I realized I was doing wall balls instead of cleans. Figured "Oh well, might as well keep it up." Fun WOD, really got the blood pumping!
Finished with 11 1/3 rounds with 3 Toes Though the Rings.
