3 Rounds:
- 1min Skipping + 200m Run + 1min Paleo Chair Hold

FGB - 2 Rounds, 1min each station (1min rest between):
- 9kg Wallballs
- 30" Box Jumps
- 30kg SDHP
- Stair Run
- 16kg KB Swing
- Row

3 Rounds:
- 30secs Burpees, 30secs rest

2 Rounds:
- 3 stair runs + 200m run

3 Rounds:
- 30secs Push Up / Bungee combp
- ie 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 etc
