Pre:
Shoulder Press (1RM is 75)
5 at 75% 1RM (5 at 55)
5 at 80% 1RM (5 at 60)
5+ at 85% 1RM (2 sets of 3 at 65)
WOD:
10 RFT (12min cap)
15 Pushups (Very sore today. Pushups were less than stellar.)
100m Sprint
Post:
2x200 Farmer's Carry (used 15 pound plates)
40 GHD situps or 40 T2B (I did 20 of each)
