Dead lift: 155# (not pr...amount that didn't cause straining and that I could keep good form with to protect nugget :)

HSPU: 44 rx (yay! No ab mat today!)
Squats: 155 ( held Annie for 30...she's 27# of pure love!)
Push ups: 83
Pull ups: 15
