Snatch DL 5x3 @ 80-90% 1rm snatch, långsamt tempo, stanna i high hang.
B:
Every 90sec for 18 minutes:
1: 8/8 Bulgarian split squats
2: 30 sec hollow hold
3: 10/10 1 arm seated DBpress
4: 30 sec side plank/varder sida
