95 pound Thruster, 21 reps
20 pound weighted Pull-up, 21 reps

First time with 135 lb thrusters and 35 lb weighted pull-up. Got through it yet it kicked my butt and the rest of the workout went really slow. In fact, it was the slowest time in the gym...by far!
