50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunges, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

What I actually did:
50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Push press, 45 pounds
100 Regular jumps (instead of Double unders)
Walking Lunges, 50 steps
50 crunches (instead of Knees to elbows)
6 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
6 Burpees
50 Dumbbell swings, 10 lbs (instead of Kettlebell swings, 1 pood)
50 Back extensions

Completely lost it at the end. Had nothing left after the lunges :P
