a) 20-40 cal machine, divide anyhow
b) 2-4 rounds of machoman - ygig round at a time
Round of machoman:
3 power clean
3 front squat
3 push jerk
Tavoite: Machomanissa etsi päivälle hyvä paino, jos on lentokeli, voit etsiä päivän raskasta tai ottaa bb-cycling treenin kannalta. Sovita koneen tahti sopivaksi. Työaika 2-2,5min per intervalli
Rasittavuus: rpe 8.
