Bike:Repeat 5k, recover 3:00, until form/pace deteriorates
Run :Repeat 1M, recover 3:00, until form/pace deteriorates
Row :Repeat 2k, recover 3:00, until form/pace deteriorates
Post sport, times, and total number of intervals to comments.
