Back Squat:
- 5 rounds: 60kg x 5 = 300
70kg x 5 = 350
80kg x 5 = 400
90kg x 5 = 450
100kg x 4 = 400
TOTAL = 1,900
Good Mornings:
- 5 rounds: 20kg x 5 = 100
30kg x 5 = 150
40kg x 5 = 200
50kg x 5 = 250
60kg x 5 = 300
TOTAL = 1,000
Split Squat (back leg on bench):
- 3 rounds: 20kg x 10 = 200 (5 lunges each leg)
25kg x 10 = 250
30kg x 10 = 300
TOTAL = 750
Lying Hamstring Curl:
- 3 rounds: 5kg x 14 = 70 (7 each leg)
10kg x 14 = 140
15kg x 14 = 210
TOTAL = 420
GRAND TOTAL = 4,070
