A1: 1-10 Kipping Pull Ups
Rest 60 seconds
A2: 1-10 Kipping Handstand Push Ups
Rest 60 seconds

Advanced:
Alternate EMOM for 6 rounds of quality reps :
A1: 1-10 Kipping Chest to Bar Pull Ups
A2: 1-10 Kipping Handstand Push Ups

Choose a number of reps you are able to do on all sets.
If it was easy, just add one rep to all sets next week.
