Set up rowers at front of room at of the way. Keep rowers in their home out of the way. Set up station between 2 in order to share equipment but start on opposite circuits. Every (wo)man for themselves ...

Circuit A
1. 10KB Swing + 10 KB Deadlift
2. 10 Broad Jumps + 10 glute bridge reach
3. 10 TRX Row + 10 strokes rower
4. 10 Crawls (2/2) + 10 Torsion Control
5. 10 Abmat Crunch + 10 abwheel roll outs

(A1, A1+2, A1+2+3, A1+2+3+4, A1+2+3+4+5)
If you finish start over backwards

10 minute AMRAP

Circuit B
1. 10 box jump + 10 box step ups
2. 10 lateral lunge + 10 reverse crossover lunge
3. 10 drop squats + 10 stroke on skier
4. 10 DB Push press + 10 push ups (palm release, incline or knee facilitated accepted)
5. 10 hanging knee raise + 10 post supported reverse crunch

If you finish start over backwards
