(Descent slowly then pause on the bottom position for one second before pressing upwards)
Endurance

8 rounds of:
40 seconds of sprinting (at 400m race pace)
20 seconds of walking
Covered about 1900m. It was still awful but my legs felt much better in terms of muscular endurance this time.
