20 Toes to Bar
12 Clean & Jerk 60/42.5 kg
20 Burpees Over Bar
- Team of three? Hold of choice e.g. handstand during the wall balls. Extra theme commitment points for wall sit with plate 💀
- Split TTB, BOB, C&J as desired.
- Rx+ synchro 20 TTB per round.
