- Suticase carry x 30”/side
-rest 2-3 min. between sets
-light to moderate weights
B) For time
100 goblet squats@24/16 kg
every time breaking the set complete 15 russian KB swing
Time cap: 10 min.
C) Afterparty
EMOM 9 min.
1: KB halo x 25”/side
2: side plank hip lifts x 25”/side
3: bodyweight kang squat x 25”
