20 shoulder taps + 20 mountain climbers

5 Bench Press + 5 deadlifts
rest 2-3 min bwn rounds, climb on weights to heavy set. this is with 2-3 person group
work. start at 50-55% Of 1 rm on both movements and do like 5-8% jumps.
