For quality:
60 Reverse lunge steps with barbell in front rack.
Choose a heavy weight and split as needed. Goal is to do the work in 4-5 sets. Try to go heavier than 1.5.
Accessory:
4 rounds of:
8-12 1-legged deadlift (with DB's)
3-5 high box jumps
