Then,
3 Rounds
50 KBS 1.5/1p
7 Muscle ups (MOD: 14 ring rows and 14 dips w/ purple band)
10 Hang power cleans 135/95 (MOD: 75#)
Did first 50 kbs unbroken! Then sets of 15/10's for 2nd round, 10/5's for 3rd round. Weight was fine for the cleans for the first 2 rounds, did 5's. 2/3's in the last round. Very happy with my time.
