Happy to have used the silver KB, time wasn't as fast as I would've liked, but it's been awhile since I've swung a kb... This workout just sucked the wind out of me. I wanted to bail to the orange on round 2 but pushed through (lots of breaks). The goblet squats were the worst part, my ass still hurts 3 days later :)
