JT plus MUs & FS Workout

I did JT (using only 50 lb KB) at the YMCA for the first WOD ever there in about 10:52, (21-15-9 of HSPU, Ring Dips, Pushups)
then about 5-10 mintues after I did rounds of:
5 MUs and 5 FS with 135 lbs.
everything felt great.
