5 Muscle ups (MOD: GOOP - 24"+ plate)
75 Squats
10 Muscle ups
50 Squats
15 Muscle ups
25 Squats
20 Muscle ups

2 days later I can not walk up the stairs. This one was ridiculous. I stuck through with the GOOP's during the whole workout, chipping away 1 or 2 at a time in the last 2 rounds.
