Then do as many rounds as possible with remaining time of
(3 Hand Stand Pushups + 6 Ring Dips) I did 8.5 rounds

Two minute Rest

Do the same number of rounds as you did above (8.5 me)
(3 Chest to Bar pull ups + 6 Kettle Bell Swings 53#)
