- HSPU
- Ring Dips
- Push Ups

Yeah, 19 minutes. BUT, completed every rep and worked good movements. No half ass! Go ahead and hate on my time. Make huge progress with kipping HSPU and kipping Ring Dips. JT is a tricep destroyer.
