Repeat the round 5 times
3 MINUTES TO DO AS MUCH WORK AS POSSIBLE (Go hard)
- 20 cals Assault bike
- 10 Burpees over the sandbag
- Carry the sandbag for as long as possible for the rest of the time (70kg)
Take a 3 minute break between rounds
Score is the total meters you have carried the sandbag
