Partner 1: Sandbag bear hug hold (45/30 kg)
Partner 2: cardio machine
Switch every minute, but you have to work simultaneously, so if the sandbag is dropped the machine must stop.

Part 2. (15:00-27:00)
For time (Run: together, WB: YGIG)
800m run
100 wall ball@9/6 kg
400m run
50 wall ball
-rest until 30:00-
Part 3. (30:00-42:00)
Partners accumulate 600m farmer carry (2x24/16 kg). For every switching partners complete 5 syncro burpees.
No running with the bells!
Time cap: 12 minutes for each part.
