Hybrid's workout 6/3/17 Workout

Partners – similar strength recommended.
20 minute ladder increasing by 4 reps per round.
HEAVY Russian swings.
Single arm KB front rack squats.

Partner A does 4 swings. Then partner B does 4 swings. Partner A does 4 squats (either arm). Partner B does 4 squats. This completes the first round. Then begin the round of 8's repeating the same pattern. Add 4 reps every round for 20 minutes.
