HSPU Ladder (increase by singles EMOM) immediately after (no rest) Situp Ladder (increase by 2 EMOM) Workout

Do 2 ladders, with NO rest between movement ladders. The beginning few rounds should be rest enough really.
HSPU ladder. EMOM perform 1 more rep of HSPU until you can't complete the reps in the minute.
Situp Ladder. EMOM perform 2 more reps of Sit ups until you can't complete the reps in the minute.
