“Hour with the Bar” – 60min EMOM (Deload) Workout

1-10 min: 5 Power Snatch + 5 T2B
10-20 min: 5 Overhead Squat + 5 Jumping Air Squats
20-30 min: 5 Front Squat + 5 Bar Over Burpees
30-40 min: 5 Push Press + 5 Back Squat
40-50 min: 5 Power Clean + 5 Push-ups
50-60 min: 5 Thruster + 5 Pull-ups

Every minute on the minute: Complete 5+5 within the same minute. Scaled version: 3+3.
Rest strategy: Take a full minute of rest if needed. Aim for approximately 30 seconds of rest per minute.
Deload weights: 30/20kg
