One person does 1 workout. Next person starts at time Cap!
At 40 Mins
2 people go straight into;
DB Kelly 5 Rnds for Time; ( TC 30 Min )
400m Run
30 box jumps
30 db snatches 22.5/15kg
5 Mins Rest
At 75 Mins
The other pair go into;
Partner COE, 20 Rounds for Time; (TC 24 Min)
10 thrusters 40/30
10 push ups
5 Mins Rest
At 104 Mins
After COE, the whole team completes with 20kg/15kg/10kg and 5 kg plates. (TC 12 Mins)
For Time;
50 STOH
50 squats
50 Burpee plate jumps
Total Time 0-116 Mins . 1 Hour and 56 Mins.
Teams will post times of the workouts on the whiteboard and the total time is the score. Team captains are responsible for all scores.
