Hero - Murph Workout

For time:

Run 1 mile
100 Pull ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
Run 1 mile

Wear a 20lbs vest throughout the entire workout

Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run.

I did not partition at all and burned out... but still completed it... Will do it again january 2011 (this is a once a year WOD for me!)
