Heavy Lynn with Muscle Ups Workout

Lynn is 5 rounds of max rep body weight bench press and pull-ups. I switched it up a bit today. I went 225lb on the bench and Muscle Ups for this version of Lynn. My MUs really suffered considering I did some yesterday and they were following such a heavy BP.
