Hang Snatch - Toe to Bar Workout

The weight on the snatches was pretty easy. I probably could have moved up to 45# and it would have been challenging but not impossible.

I actually got TWO actual T2B! I've never gotten them before so this was awesome for me!! The rest were either L-sit reps or knees to waist.
