1) HPC: Start with the barbell in "hang", do a power clean (catch in a small squat), stand all the way up to finish the first part.
2) PJ: Use your legs (dip&drive) for extra momentum and catch the barbell overhead in a small squat. Stand all the way up to finish the movement.
3) Return barbell to "hang".
Options to post as 3 x 5, 3 x 3 or 3 x 1.
