Hang cleans/burpees Workout
Three rounds for time of:
115 lbs. Hang power clean, 15 reps
15 Burpees
Scaled cleans from Rx'd 135 lbs. to 115 lbs. since my back is still wrecked from deads on Tuesday. Nice fast workout.
First clean set unbroken, second, put bar down at 12 reps, third, put bar down at 8 and 11 reps. Burpees nearly unbroken.
