Handstand hold, L-hold Workout

12 minutes to accomplish:

4 minutes handstand hold
4 minutes l-hold

everytime you break on each you switch to other

the l-hold was much tougher

i did as follows:

handstand hold: 2min, 1min, 30 sec, 30 sec
l-hold: 1:15, 1:00, 0:45, 0:30, 0:15, 0:15
