10 ground to overhead (95#, 65#)
200m (50-50-50-50)
I used 45# and ended up doing a clean to push press to get the bar overhead. It was definitely a little different doing this outside on slightly uneven ground with the wind blowing! I felt good about all of my movements...I wish I would have sprinted a little more on the runs. Overall pleased.
