Ground to Overhead 25# Toddler / PU's / Air Squats Workout

A) Partial 402 WOD... started to sprinkle so ran barbell into garage.

20-40-60 35# KB Swing / Push Press with Bar / Air Squats

Did Push-ups instead of Swing because I had no KB with me.

Got done with the 40 Push-ups before having to take bar inside.

Time 4:09.. probably would have been a 15-18 min WOD for me.

B) For some fun I used my 25# son as the KB and did PU's and Squats

3rft 15 Reps of each

My Son Beckett was laughing so hard.
