Front squat/T2B/situp triplet Workout
As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
6 front squats 60kg
12 toes to bar
24 situps
5 rounds + 6 front squats, 6 T2B
kept a steady pace. T2B were holding me back after the 3 round but overall, they got better!!
