Max effort front squat
This was done straight after that stupid burpee WOD.
I was getting frustrated with the last rep because I managed to get halfway up, but then became stuck and the bar rolled out of my hands. UGH!!!!
Still managed to get a 5# PR, but still.... I KNOW I'VE GOT THAT LAST REP!!!
Weight was:
135# - 155# - 165# - 175# - 180# (fail)
