All-levels WOD/Beginner WOD:
A. Perform five heavy rounds of the complex 2 front squats + 4 back squats (Take the bar out of the rack, re-rack between front and back squats with as little rest as possible) : 138#
B. In teams of 3 row 4500 meters. : split into 350s; did at 1:45-2:00 pace
